Who we are

FXN Forums is a community site and game server network run by volunteers. It is not part of Valve or Steam.

Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

VIP

VIP is a paid perk on our game servers. It gives you the listed benefits for the days you buy. It does not give you ownership of any item. We may change VIP perks with notice on the site.

Delivery

After payment, VIP turns on by itself. It can take a few minutes. If it does not arrive, contact admin@alpinetech.co.nz or our Discord server.

Rules and bans

You must follow the forum rules. We may ban accounts that break them. A ban can end your VIP without a refund.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy.

Privacy

See the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the site, you accept the new terms.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
