The short version

VIP is digital time on our game servers. You can get a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used it. After 7 days, we do not refund.

If VIP did not arrive

If we fail to deliver your VIP, we fix it or refund you in full, even if it is more than 7 days later.

What "used" means

You used VIP if you joined a server with VIP active and the perks turned on.

No refund

After 7 days. After you used the VIP. After a ban or removal for breaking the rules. We allow one refund per account.

If we shut the VIP service down

We refund the unused days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before you open a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We answer fast. A dispute for a delivered order removes your VIP and can lead to a ban.

Contact admin@alpinetech.co.nz or our Discord server. Give your forum username and your Shopify order number.

What happens after a refund

When we refund the order in Shopify, the site removes the VIP days from that order by itself.
